Salted Caramel Popcorn Bars

3 Bars

Ingredients

All

  • 1 sachet of our Salted Caramel Latte
  • 1 packed (80g-90g) sugar free dark chocolate
  • 3 heaped Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 cups popcorn
  • Sprinkle of sea salt flakes

Method

1. Melt your chocolate then mix in your fowstate coffee, peanut butter and maple syrup.

2. Add in your popcorn and make sure it is all covered in the choc mix.
Press into a silicone mould, sprinkle with salt flakes and place in the freezer to set.

3. Once set, remove, cut into slices and enjoy!
