Not feeling the FLOW? That’s totally fine, you can return the Coffee up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
The product you return must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
If you have tried a couple of sachets, that's cool with us, send the box back with remaining sachets and we will still refund you. Minimum sachets remaining in the box must be 20 or over to receive a full refund (excluding postage paid)
THIS APPLIES TO FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY.
Only once the returned item has been received by us at Flow State Coffee can a refund be processed.
Returns and Refunds are available subject to the following conditions:
• Once your parcel is received, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.
• If Items received are faulty, damaged or if the wrong product has been sent. Returns are not available for change of mind, please choose carefully.
Please note: Flow State Coffee is not responsible for the freight costs of return and original shipping costs paid when item was purchased will not be refunded.

If your order has been returned to us due to entering an incorrect address or remained unclaimed from the post office, shipping will have to be paid again by the customer in order to have your item resent.
