Can I get a replacement for my returned item?
Yes, upon receiving your parcel, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.
Can I return my product if I'm not satisfied with it?
Absolutely! You can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase if you're not feeling the FLOW.
Can I return the product if I've tried a few sachets and changed my mind?
Yes, you can return the box with the remaining sachets, and we'll still refund you. However, a full refund (excluding postage) is applicable only if 20 or more sachets are remaining in the box. Please notice that this policy is for first-time customers only.
