If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or remains unclaimed at the post office, you will need to pay for shipping again to have your item resent.
Yes, upon receiving your parcel, we will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement.
Flowstate is not responsible for the return freight costs, and the original shipping costs paid during the purchase will not be refunded.

Yes you can! If this is the first time you're trying out a flavour you can return the box with the remaining sachets, and we'll still refund you.
However, a full refund (excluding postage) is applicable only if 23 or more sachets are remaining in the box.
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it, with all sachets accounted for (except the 1 or 2 you might have taste tested).
