How long will it take you to ship my product after I place an order?

We pack and send your order the very next business day! If you place your order early enough, we will likely get it out the same day :)

What carrier do you use to ship orders?

We send everything out with Australia Post! You'll get provided the option to choose Standard or Express post during checkout, with customised prices based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Within Australia:

Standard: 3 - 10 days
Express: 1 - 3 days

Outside of Australia:

Standard: 5 - 15 days

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes we do!

International shipping timeframes vary, however they're approximately 5 to 15 days. You'll get to choose your preference on standard or tracked when checking out, and receive notifications and updates as your order progresses.

Although we do ship next business day local postal delays may occur. Please keep an eye on your parcels progress with the tracking information provided.‍

We currently are not shipping to Mexico, Guatemala, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen & Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services. We are currently unable to offer non-tracked free shipping to Canada due to unreliable postal services.
