Fudge Power Protein Balls

Ingredients

All

  • 2 cups oats, blended into oat flour⁠
  • 1 cup medjool dates or regular dates, pitted and soaked⁠
  • 3 tbsp reserved date water or plant milk⁠
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil⁠
  • 2 sachets of our Hazelnut Mocha flavoured coffee
  • 3 tbsp plant protein
  • 1-2 tbsp raw cacao (depending on desired richness)⁠
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut⁠

Optional

  • 3 tbsp buckinis⁠
  • Vegan choc chips - I love @noshu or cacao nibs⁠

Method

1. Blend everything together, except the choc chips, until smooth and fudgy.

2. If it’s a little dry, add a few extra splashes of plant milk at this point - it really depends on your blender or food processor's power.

3. Mix through the choc chips and roll into balls.
