Holy Fudge

Ingredients

All

  • 1 packet of Hazelnut Mocha Coffee mixed with 1 cup boiling⁠ water⁠
  • 2 Cups of walnuts + extra for garnish⁠
  • 2 Tbsp Tapioca flour⁠
  • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder⁠
  • 1 Cup blended dates⁠
  • 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence⁠
  • ½ Cup coconut cream⁠
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil⁠

Method

1. Blend all ingredients together until well combined.⁠

2. Pour mixture into a silicone mold.

3. Sprinkle with your⁠ garnishing walnuts.

4. Place in the freezer to set overnight.

5. Once set, removed from the freezer, slice into squares⁠ and enjoy!⁠
