Ingredients

All

  • 2 cups coconut flour
  • 2 cups sugar or sweetner
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 x sachets of our Hazelnut Mocha Coffee
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup vegan buttermilk (soy milk with a little lemon juice in)
  • 1 cup vegan choc chips

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C

2. Combine all ingredients in order

3. Add mix to 20cmx20cm baking dish lined with baking paper.

4. Bake for 40 mins and let cool before cutting!
